Oil leak from where?

Oil leak from where?
This is my sons "new" car. The guy said "It's the turbo oil return line. Easy to fix and common." Yes indeed common and not too bad to access. But not leaking. My guess is the valve cover gasket. Could you please take a look at the pics and offer a guess.
That spot near the bolt looks a bit clean. Oil flowing out there?
Starter is soaked.
Flywheel is dry. I don't think it's coming out here.

Audis are well known for leaking gaskets. Spend some time searching this forum for oil leaks and valves cover gasket repairs. You will learn lots.
Not wanting to jump to a conclusion I would do a thorough engine clean and closely watch where the oil first shows. Also, leaving the oil residue in place can lead to premature failure of many parts.

Oh wicked thanks very much to both you and 4Driver4. I'll dig into some exploded diagrams and see what I can see. Can you guys recommend a parts list of things that should be replaced to get into that cam chain and fix that up, along with doing the timing belt? I'm just not sure what is in there yet. Is there a water pump up front or anything like that, that should also be replaced while doing the timing belt?
