Okay does anyone know what is exactly needed to switch my 12V engine to an S4 engine?

Okay does anyone know what is exactly needed to switch my 12V engine to an S4 engine?
I am seriously considering this as I can get the parts fairly easily, does anyone know what all would be needed to perform this? I know I would need the engine, tranny, clutch, ECU, but is there anything else? Also does it use the same motor mounts? If anyone has any information I would love to find out!

True...but good luck pulling off that engine swap. Think about it...
engine, tranny, ECU...yowza, that's a LOT of work.
Like Tsolzyob said, you'd be better off buying an S4. That's what I'm going to do when my 12v is old and gray. But I'm going to savor every minute of 230HP until then

Well with a chipped ECU in the S4 you will be at 300, 12V cant get to that until supercharger comes
out and that will add like 5K onto the 6-7k after labor spent at TDL the conversion to the S4 engine shouldnt run even close to 12K.
