Default Opinion on Oakville VW dealer

Okay, I finally got around to test driving an A4 1.8TQ at the Oakville Volkswagen dealer (Oakville, Ont. of course) after reading countless messages on this forum, and I'm sold (as soon as I figure out the cost in breaking my lease with my current auto). The salesperson I dealt with there was excellent to talk to and clearly demonstrated the A4's capability. Does anybody have any opinion/feedback on their service department, staff, etc.?
Thanks...
Mike

I live in the Toronto area and have dealt with the service departments of Downtown Fine Cars, Pfaff, and Oakville VW. I found Oakville to have the best service department. In particular, Connie Higgins was extremely attentive to my needs. That said, Oakville is not particularly enthusiatic about chips (does not apply to me) and if you buy a car from them, make sure that they promise you a courtesy car in writing as they don't have them formally available.
Hope this helps,
PH

Well, the salesperson I was dealing with there talked about how the 1.8t can develop up to 180, 225, and even 300hp with modifications and the rest. Never did ask him his view on chipping. Definetly a wonderful little engine.
Michael
