Then why not "NO taxation without representation".
If I didn't want high taxes I wouldn't put "High Taxes" on my licence plate.

because of the simple fact......
they are letting everyone know that they are being taxed. they will not repeat a statement from the rev. war.it is more of a notice than anything else. like hey look at me here.....

It's SARCASM people! Get it?! It's pointing out something that shouldn't be happening...
We're paying like all the other states do but we don't get any of the benefits. That's not supposed to happen in America, but it is. The tag is pointing it out.
