Yep, if something is wrong, ECS does everything to make it right
On one of my e-codes, the tab was broken, I called and they shipped me out one that day.. Excellent customer service...

I had pads installed incorrectly, and they tottally screwed up one of my rotors
that i bought from ECS. All i needed was one rotor, and i asked Tom if they sold them sepereatly. He sent one out to me free of charge. Seriously, he's awesome, hes the kinda guy who makes you want to buy something from the store, just to know you bought something from him.
