The front fender on the drivers side (98 1.8TQ) is always popping off its clips, especially in hot weather. Dealer was unable to fix the problem and Audi won't authorize a repair. Anyone else have this problem and figure out a fix?
Any suggestions appreciated.

Try getting a strip of plastic and attach 3M double sided tape to one side. Pop the bumper back on, clean the plastic in the wheel well thoroughly, and apply the plastic strip between the bumper and the wheel well. If some of the tabs are intact underneath, this may hold it on. HTH
