Take it out, warm it up and bounce it off the rev limiter....

...it'll be a good learning experience and the motor will be none the worse for wear...

The car has a rev limiter, it will not overrev. And yes, it is the LWFW. Just drive it.

I don't understand the concern.

You NEED a boost gauge!

Seriously, it is one of the best diagnostic tools you can have in a chipped car. Get one, the VDO one is under 50 bucks.

Same here, our cars are pretty much twins

I'm assuming you've done a second TB job? I'm at 145k on my 97 slushbox. Its an awesome car.
