Question about loaner cars and non-scheduled service
I bought my car in another city. Now I am getting the 10,000 mile service but additionally the car has other issues which are non-related to the oil change, etc. The A/C is not cooling properly, the computer display on the dash is fading (weird), and driver's seat squeaks. The dealer says that Audi doesn't pay for a rental for regular service but these are issues beyond regular service. These are flaws in the car. Additionally, they need to keep my car for at least 2-3 days to do all these things. Should I ask for a loaner car or try to get them to give me a rental at no charge??
