Question for peeps with lowered suspension....
I get a relatively loud creaking coming from the rear, but it's only when the chassis is undergoing torsional stress. For instance, speedbumps that I go over really slow or when I enter a steep driveway at an angle.
Otherwise, she's quiet, even going over regular bumps in the road. Last night at about 2am I had the car almost completely sideways due to a very bumpy dirt road and 180 degree turn. I hadn't planned on it, but it was like the road kicked out the rear for me and all I had to due was add some go pedal and pull myself out of the turn. fun fun fun.

I get a similar noise too...
I've heard some other people having similar noises. I kind of assumed that it's quite common and that there's no harm in it so I haven't bothered doing anything about it. Hmmm.....

Is it only when going real slow with a large change in the angle of the car?
I always get it when I enter my driveway, because the left front or right front is elevated above the rest of the car, and that makes the rear suspension groan.
Also, I got the noise when I jacked up the rear to put my winter wheels on...

Are the eibachs progressive springs? I thought this noise occurs on progressive springs only...
when the top few coils rub against one another. I have it too with my H&R race. Greasing it solves the problem temporarily for a few months maybe.
