I can't get secondary air, Catalytic converter, and o2 sensors to clear.

2001.5 A4 1.8T, chipped and carbonio intake are my only mods.

I have NO CODES and haven't for a couple of months. I drive 50 miles a day steady freeway and some city. I've ran the drive cycle.

Both my O2's are new, I hear my 2nd air pump run, checked for leaks. My cat or my turbo is starting to rattle, but the cat matrix is intact.


block 034 won't finish the test ever, and I've ran it for aleast 5 min.
block 036 tests B1-S2 OK
block 037 won't finish test (values are good though)
block 043 B1-S2 OK
block 077 has passed before but sometimes aborts, most time can't get to test
block 046 won't test (amplit ratio at zero)

I'm at a total loss, I even added a non-fouler to my rear O2.

A month of messing with this problem and nothings changed.

My tags expire at the end of the month and I'm ready to go visit the dealership with A4 trade in.
