Remote programming...

Remote programming...
Taking my car in tommrow to have brake pads replaced, and was wondering what can be done with the remote. I think I remember reading on here a while back you can program the remote to lower and raise the windows using the buttons... Is this correct? If so, should I just let dealer do it, or is there an easy way that I can. TIA

Many dealers do not do it, some will say they will charge you, some do it no problem. Feel out your service rep.
