Most likely not....
The RS4 will be a hand-built extremly limited production car. Probably no more than a couple thousand built a year - and the Europeans will get all the pleasure of driving them. :-( If it did come to America, we would probably only get a hundred or two at the most and the price would be $$$.
Of course, I could be wrong, so don't take my word as 100% accurate.

Matts right - because of the expensive emission testing required for the new engine it
would not be worth it for Audi. Too limited a market for the ROI.
But with the new regulations on importing it may not be too hard. Only limited to 2.5K miles per year though.
