S4 exhaust for my A4
Will an S4 ehaust fit on my A4? I know that the pipes arnt any bigger and it wont help performance, but i think the tips look nicer and i think the sound might change a little. My goal is to do the S4 exhaust and an intake to not really add performance, but to give better looks and sound. Whats everyone think?

Have you thought about MC's intake?
I have it and it is AWESOME!!!!!!!! It adds a great low sound down low and when you let off the gas when you're on boost it makes a cool "psshhhh" sound.
I believe current cost is aroun $260 or so.

I did it, and it works and looks great! (99.5 1.8 TQ) (long)
Similar to you, I was more interested in "looks" then anything else. I bought an S4 exhaust from the classifieds thinking that if nothing else, I would find a way to make the muffler work and in turn get those great tips. The previous owner had replaced the resonator with a free-flowing unit that was single in and single out. All the hangers worked with my 1.8 and it took my local shop not more then 10 mins. to install. The non-stock resonator gives the car a nice (throaty) tone that isn't obnoxious or too loud. A slight performance gain was also had and I couldn't be happier. I don't know what the others are referring to when they say, "it won't work"? FYI I paid $135.00 for mine plus $25.00 shipping.
