Sachs adjustable coil-overs any good? Anybody have Sachs aftermarket kit on their A4?

I am having similar problems as dave C. I have a 97 1.8T that developed the exact same problems. I have changed the fluid with new Audi trans fluid but to no avail. The agents want to change the entire valve body. Are they on the right track??
