Default Should I keep my 96 A4 2.8 manual with 90,000 miles?

Its 10 payments away from being paid off. I bought it used, have had LOTS of warranty work done (suspension, a/c, stereo, etc.), and have had to add at least 3 quarts of oil between oil changes. Otherwise, it looks like a new car and drives well. I'm leaning toward trading it in for a new one, but it would be nice to save the money if I can.

Only you can determine that... Need vs Want

Oil probably leaks, not burns, from the head gaskets..common 2.8 V6 problem.

Default You're not gonna get much for it if you trade it in ... with 90K miles on it and all. I would

keep it, run it to the ground...and save up for a nicer car!

I'm in the same boat, my '96 just turned 100K miles old

I'm gonna keep it for at least for another year or so.

Default In the same boat.....

same car...same mileage..I bought a 3yr/45k warranty 6 months ago..It cost me about 960 bucks..i think it was well worth it! I still love my car even though its gettin old..I think your better off keeping it, but the decision is yours.
