Yes they have insurance but the landlord is fighting cleaning it up and they want to charge ...
full rent even though they did nothing for a week! The list of problems with this landlord goes on and on.

Well if you can joke about it,must mean you're not drowning at the moment!
Congrats again ,for not being the latest U-boat captain. Also ,your kid will be able to adapt to river front living by the time 1st grade rolls around =P
