Default so the shop thinks it might be my fuel pump.....

i got a blown fuse. the shop told me that the car starts and hangs looked fine after they fixed the blown fuse but a while later, car hesistates and then stalls and another blown fuse. can it be the fuel pump? would any of the other symptoms such as the ICM, ECU or coil packs cause blown fuses or any other suggestions? Im guessing they might be right as i checked the archives and there is a problem with the fuel pump fuse. at least it isnt the timing belt!

Default When's the last time you changed the fuel filter?

I'd start there, because chances are your car needs a new one anyways.

Default I was thinking that the added resistance of a clogged filter could explain why the FP is blowing its

fuse. The other things could be completely un-related, as far as the misfires, what codes was the ECU throwing?
