So while we're waiting for the oil pan parts, the shop is going to build me a custom 3" exhaust...
2.5" out of the K03 (to be changed to 3" when I go GT2871r this summer) to a Magnaflow supercat, then 3" tube back to a resonator and an IMCO performance muffler. I asked about IMCO, he said it is basically the same as Magnaflow but with a deeper tone.
They have all the parts in stock, they are going to build it and install it before the parts for the oil pan get there and it will be ready for me tomorrow. $500 out the door. They don't mandrel bend, so I went with 3" because of the angles in the pipe. I think it should sound great, I'll post clips as soon as I get home.
There is a silver lining to the carnage that happened yesterday, I guess.
