Sprung a leak
The hose clamps that Audi uses tend to get loose as the rubber ages, and as far as I can tell there is no way to tighten them, at least not without a special tool. These calmps are also the cause of the common power steering fluid leak.

bellavia took it apart and found out that the tank was cracked.. they ordered the part.. took about 6 weeks for the tank to come in.. took the day off work so that i could bring my car in.. tank was the wrong one.. the box it came in was correct, the contents were incorrect.. waited another 8 weeks for the right part to come in.. bellavia this time gave me a loaner (thanks joe!). as they were replacing the tank they noticed that the passenger side headlight washer was broken.. that was 4 weeks ago.. still waiting for the call........ ugh.
the worst part of this whole thing is that this happened during winter, and this winter was particularily bad here in nyc. i'm sure i looked funny while driving down the highway pouring windshield washer fluid directly onto my window @ 55mph!
good luck.. and make sure they check out the WHOLE system before ordering any parts and calling you in.
regards,
brian
