Okay...this only happens sometimes (usually on cold starts, going at slow speeds..., but has happened 1-2 times when the engine was warm)

I turn the steering wheel slightly, approx. 1/2 turn, and I hear this noise, sounds like rusted squeeking noises...

ANyone know the problem?

power steering would sound more like machine sounds, correct?

How slow is slow speeds? How loud is the noise.if your speed is 5mph or lower nothing to worry about - this is just the power steering having to work that much harder to turn the wheels.

I think I have the same, sounds like a rubber seal squeeking ever so slightly when you turn.

hta is the metal bearings in the pump going out that you may hear..

Check level of fluid resevoir, fill it to top.
