strange gurgling noise at startup....possible fuel pump issue?

Default strange gurgling noise at startup....possible fuel pump issue?
I'm hearing a weird gurgling noise when I start the car, I'm not sure how long its been happening but it seems to be coming from the back seat/trunk. After hearing it this morning I turned off the car and started it again a few seconds later to see if it would happen again, which it didnt. Im guessing that its just the fuel pump filling the lines at the first startup in a few hours, but im not positive since I havent ever heard this before yesterday....any ideas?

We had that at one point with our 00 30v, changed the fuel filter and it completely disappeared after that.

Default yeah i know im past due on a filter but ive been procrastinating till the nice weather...
maybe ill do it this weekend, are there any special tools needed?
