Default I have heard this being related to too much oil....

if there's too much in the pan the crank "whips" it up into the froth that you may be seeing. I remember learning that this is a BAD thing. (But I can not remember exactly what the technical implecations were.)

Default check your coolant level. May be getting jacket water in the oil.

It may well be emulsified water/oil, like in salad dressing.

Default yup, sounds like coolant in the oil

the oil coolers are notorious for going bad & that could be the cause of your problem
