Those of you with OBD tool did you have trouble with the initial set up?

I'm having a ton of trouble getting the software to install correctly...i've even tried three different "vintage" laptops..

are you using a usb cord and vag-com?

yeah, i've even tried a computer that still had an actual serial port...

still no luck
