My Tip does get stuck in the mornings when the temperature gets cold. Dealer claims this to be part of the design. I also mentioned to him about the lag I get between 3 and 4k rpm when the gears change. Again the rep claimed this to be normal. My door rattles when closed with the windows down. Rep claims this to be normal since the windos are down. I showed him a Ford Tempo park outside with the windows down which the glass does not rattle. Called A of A, explained the situation; they claim "if the rep found nothing wrong with the car....then there is nothing wrong". I wrote a letter to A of A, giving them my outmost concern on the situation. I CC: the letter to Germany Ingolstadt, and the dealership(s) I took my car to. Waiting for an answer....
