Found the actual purchase to be most annoying due to sizing. Bell says to measure one's head an inch above the ears. At that point my head is 22 1/2...which puts me around a medium according to Bell.
But i tried on a large Bell and it didn't fit, even a track rat told me so. So i ordered this one from the Racer Wholesale (www.racerwholesale.com) and it came in 3 days for about 150.
I look like one of Dark Helmet's soldiers from Spaceballs wearing it, but better than white.
This will be the first summer autocross/track...look very forward to it. Im praying i can keep MarkBradford from lapping me at the track in my thundering 100whp Miata...something tells me im gonna need a little help from Oscar Jackson to keep that from happening.
The sticker, btw, is the fabricator of my rollbar on my Miata...been saving that sticker for about 18 months

Essentially that's what i did, tried on a large locally...
and Brian at MP was there with me, told me to get an XL (he had none in stock). Had he had one in stock, id have bought it, as im glad to patronize local shops that sell crap i like.
Im just damn glad i didn't measure my head (actually had a female colleague measure it to get a second opinion)... see that i was a medium on the chart, and order a medium.
