That makes sense. If there is sludge, is dropping the pan the only option?

You can connect an external gauge to the port on the oil filter ...

housing where the oil pressure switch is located.

If you were refused repair of a Oil sludge problem under warranty extension please contact me at 708 301 4000 or emial me at jmirocha@comcast.net. I filed a law suit against AoA for not honoring the warranty extention because I changed the oil myself one time. We know they recommended the wrong oil at the wrong change interval and no weasle out of repairing when ever they can. I need as many people who have been denied to contact me. thanks Joseph Mirocha
