Default U-joint propeller shaft replacement - risky?

Because my support bearing already was bought, and I see that for changing this part, the stakes U-joint must be re moved. I therefore do the only right to replace a new U-joint. Because this is staked, it’s possible to not get it exactly in center. How big tolerance is there for not having misbalance regarding only the U-joint’s X/Y-position? I don’t have equipment for precision parts, just a press.
