Vacuum hose leak in middle of no where
The 90 degree elbow on the vacuum line coming out of the intake manifold on the tip closest to the firewall has a large hole. I believe it is the vacuum hose to the brake booster.
My problem is I am over 200 miles from a dealer visiting my relatives in a small town of 800 people. They do have a Napa store but I doubt they stock that line.
What suggestions are there that I should use to fix this line so I can get back to civilization. I was thinking of just cutting a hose to fit but connections on either end of the elbow are quite different sizes. What should I use that will allow me to drive to the dealer?
Any help would be appreciated.
