Default Vacuum hose leak in middle of no where

The 90 degree elbow on the vacuum line coming out of the intake manifold on the tip closest to the firewall has a large hole. I believe it is the vacuum hose to the brake booster.

My problem is I am over 200 miles from a dealer visiting my relatives in a small town of 800 people. They do have a Napa store but I doubt they stock that line.

What suggestions are there that I should use to fix this line so I can get back to civilization. I was thinking of just cutting a hose to fit but connections on either end of the elbow are quite different sizes. What should I use that will allow me to drive to the dealer?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can try using tape to just wrap the hole up till you get it to the dealer.

If its the normal 5/32 hose, get the same length of hose from NAPA
