Vag-Com fault Code

Vag-Com fault Code
Hi
I have recently bought the Vag-Com software, and after checking the engine for faults got the following;
VAG-COM Version: Release 311.2-N
Control Module Part Number: 8D0 907 557 T
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT MOTR HS D05
Software Coding: 04001
Work Shop Code: WSC 06325
1 Fault Found:
00561 - Mixture Adaptation
14-00 - Adaptation Limit (Add) Exceeded
Anyone have any ideas what it means, and the solution to fixing it? I have cleared the code and it comes back after 1-2 days.

*EDITED* seems like a lean (or rich) code....
seems like an EXTREME lean or rich code at that (limit exceded)
look at Block 32 and see that the first (P.L.) % is.
im guessing it will be a number above 20 or 25% positive or negative.
prob a vac./boost leak somewhere (if the first # in block 32 is a positive one)
what year are you?
what engine code?
and im deffinetly assuming its a 1.8T
im still kinda new at this so i may be off or wrong, if anyone with more experience chimes in, definely listen to them.
