7.5 x 19" what tyres should i get 225 or 235 and 35 or 40

Default real nice, i would get them in a silver finish instead of high polish or chrome.
I would say go a little wider since you are looking at 19" and the rim is so close to the road as to provide a little buffer betwen rim and road.

kinda looks like a Sportec Mono-10 merged with a Giovanni rim.

The rim is 7.5" so, 225-35-19 is the ideal size. The rim looks nice go for it
