It is nex to the 0 on the cluster panel. It looks like a light or something.

In the future, type <img src=""> and add the image location between the quotes.

Default Speed limiter light. Tells you when you have exceeded the preset speed in the IC
by you for your trip.

It doesn't work until you visit the original link. Then it's in cache and appears.
