What kind of a clutch kit should I get for my car?
My car is 1997 A4 1.8T with KO4, GIAC chip, catback, dv valve, etc. According to my mechanic, I'm gonna be fine with the OEM clutch kit from Sachs but will it grab the car well enough?
I drive VERY normally and I try not to abuse my clutch whatsoever.
What kind of kit would be the best choice for me?
Thanks!

How many miles do you have on it? My stock clutch was fine after the chip upgrade, but it gave it up after I did the K-04 turbo and exhaust. Let me qualify that, I didn't do the chip, turbo or exhaust until the factory clutch already had 100,000 miles on it. I had a South Bend DXD clutch put in along with the light weight fly-wheel. I've had it for about 20,000.

South Bend
