Default what is the maximum hp/torque our tip transmission can handle?
is K04 the only upgrade for tip and the most reliable?

dont think it can even handle the k04, chip and exhaust is all it can take

The only real limit is torque, not HP. Our tranny can handle maybe 250-300 lb-ft

Yes, a K04 is the maximum w/o transmission upgrades.

K04 is fine. Can take full stage III+ with $1200 upgrade to valve body.

tranny will take the KO4 upgrade no problem 500lbs torque+

What about a 97 automatic, NOT tip? can this car be chipped safely?
