Default Try OxiClean or Orange Stain Foam, really.

I used a carpet cleaner with oxiclean mixed in to clean a 2-year old Coke stain of the seat of my Wife's Accord, no Problem. Gotta get rid of it 'cause we are getting our another A4 today. That's 2 in 2 weeks. No, she won't be allowed to drink Coke in this car.

Default I have been using

Blue Corral Fabric/Carpet cleaner for a while now.
Consumer Reports ranked it best about 2 or 3 years ago.
I think PEP boys carries them.

Default I had some stain on my a-pillar and I cleaned it out by just using distilled water!

Distilled water will not leave water stains.
