<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v308/lowtrux4life/DSC01485.jpg">

then i noticed this...any clue what that plug goes to? Windshield washer pump maybe?
<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v308/lowtrux4life/DSC01486.jpg">

P.S. my car has been running fine since the day I bought it...I just happened to notice this stuff today. I know my windshield washers don't work because they're not connected/ mounted on the CF hood. Is that what the plug goes to? thanks in advance.

Default if I were to guess, I'd say headlight washer piping and possibly the pig tail that plugs...

into the washer pump?

Default you can remove that hose and the headlight pump and seal the hole in the washer fluid reservoir

that's what I did anyways

Default if you don't have windshield sprayers, sure

although I'm at a loss how you can drive around without them. Do you keep moist towlettes in your glove compartment?
