Whats the small hose that goes to the BPV?? Do i really need a clamp there or would a zip tie do?

Zip tie should be fine for short term. If you have a leak, you'd probably notice less boost.
When my line frayed and broke, the car was a slug. Once it was replaced, no more problems, so you'd probably see deterioration in performance.
