Default Wow, you didn't even TRY to search the archives... this is mentioned at least weekly... but anyway
You can buy used at www.valuparts.com or ebay, you need to now the model number of your cluster.

The price at the dealer for a salvage unit is somewhere ~$850.

Default The dealer will gladly give you a new one...
if you are under warranty. Otherwise it will be several hundred dollars. k04 terrtory.

Default I fail to see how the response is OT. You can't get a replacement screen for the IC, just a new IC
altogether.
