Default Who have APR EMCS please help. I picked up my car from service today

and as usual drived off the dealer and stopped at the gas station to unlock the chip and switch to performance mode. I tried to enter my PIN but it didn't blink with lights on dash, and then I realised that engine is still running, so I turned the engine off and switched the key back to on position and tried again - nothing happens. I turned the ignition off removed the key and then inserted key again and turned ignition on, but didn't start the car and tried again. Nothing happens. First thought that somebody swapped my ECU at the dealership since car was there overnight, but as soon I opened the hood I saw no evidence of removing the plastic trim, so that thought went away. What could be wrong and how do I diagnose the problem? I know APR guys are not around for weekends, so anybody what should I do? Pulling ECU out and plugging it back in my next option?

Thanks for your help.

Igor

Default I did it zillion times before, cruise control in 'on' position, entering

PIN by moving on/off dial to outside n times and then moving it to off and back to on position. I don't know what happened, but it won't work...

No, it's not, but I'll try tomorrow one more time. If not then I'll unplug ECU and plug it back in.
