I hear it's more trouble than it's worth... the parts don't fit perfectly.

rob's body shop in michigan (forgot the name) sourced the parts directly from germany.

Default Can't you do it like how Integras do their JDM front end conversion...(more)?

Buy the front bumper, fenders from Germany, have someone import them over here, perhaps?

Default From what I've read...

It's quite an involved process requiring the importation of fenders bumpers etc and a lot of body work.

As for acquiring the parts...you simply would have to get the part numbers from a european source or the equivalent ETKA cd and order the part from the Audi dealer (correct me if I'm wrong). There's a guy who has an S4 here in socal that's doing the RS4 engine conversion. He ordered the RS4 turbos, exhaust, etc to do this conversion. So far, he's thrown in over 20K worth of mods ontop of the already 40K that he spent on the S4.

Good luck

Default Mostly due to the rear end of the sedan vs the Avant...

the avant is able to "support" the extra width of the fenders due to it's hatch, while the sedan's narrow trunk seems way to small on top of the wiiiide base. IMHO 8')

That's a custom wide bodykit, from what I see, the flares are not molded on.
