Will 18" rims raise the height of my car if i have sport suspension?

No, wheels have nothing to do with the height of your car. . .
so long as you stick with a proper tire size meaning the same overall heaight of the stock tire.
It is just an illusion when going to a larger wheel that the car looks lowered or raised. It is just a shorter sidewall that gives that illusion.

Height is really based on the rim and tire sizes....
For a tire measured as W/R-D, where W is in mm, R is a ratio, and D in inches (for example 225/40-15), Height = W*R/1270 + D inches. Find height for the old and new tires and the new height of the vehicle is half of the difference.
