Default Will an aftermarket chip put pressure on the tiptronic transmission & engine?

I want to drive this car at least 200K+ miles but I'm afraid the chip will cause problems in the longrun, especially because my car is an automatic.
The car has 57k miles and I'm ready to put in a giac chip/tip chip but the last thing I want is a $4000 bill for the tranny going out or $3000 for a used engine.
For people that have automatic transmissions, have you guys had problems with aftermarket chips and/or KO4 turbos?

Default Not as long as you dont floor it all the time.

It should be cool. Dont thing you'll get full
advantage of the K04 with a Tip transmission.

K04 weren't in the plans but the giac chip is.
Hopefully dubwerks will have some in stock so I can get it chipped within the next couple of days.

Default You have valid concerns just like I had and that is why..

..I went NeuSpeed instead.

I want smooth linear delivery in my A4 and wasn't looking for the outmost brute force performance that will then stress out other parts of a used car as it is.

By the way never apologize for an automatic, they are equally as good. To display the difference on the street between an auto and a stick will cause you to break the law.

YMMV and it probbaly should.

I'd be real careful about what you have DubWerks do on your car.
