Wiper Issues

Having a repeated issue with the wipers not turning off once the stalk is in the off position. Wipers work fine in all speeds but once I turn them off they will continue to make multiple passes. I can eventually get them to stop but not all the time. I have take a look at the linkage and all seems fine. Any ideas what would be causing this?

So when its off, is it stuck on like the longest delay? Slow, fast? Initial thoughts would be the wiper control module, which is a wide relay that fits in 2 slots under the driver kick panel.

when it should be of it will be stuck on full speed.

anyone figure this out yet? I have same issue.

Replaced Wiper Relay (the big double sized one), but still didnt fix the issue.

Sometimes is stays off, sometimes it activates wipers upon Key On.

Please help~
