WOHOO!!! Killed my last rattle!!! My car is rattle-free!!!
Ok... this might sound stupid, but for those people who were following my never-ending quest (well... it's ending) of exterminating rattles, sqeaks, creaks and other abnormal noises. I found the cause of my "center dash rattle"
I thought the noises are coming from inside the center vent. It was not! Actually it was coming from the freaking glove compartment! The dealership I visited was right! I did put too much stuff in there. Since we all know the latch design of the glove compartment sucks. When the glove compartment is too heavy it rattles/creaks. After I took out my audi video tape, multi-purpose screw driver, audi audio tape, hex socket set, and my mag lite. The rattle is GONE!!!!!!!
I LOVE MY AUDI!!!

I've got two rattles that are driving me nuts. . . opening the sunroof causes something to flap . . . and my H&R/Koni setup rattles in the rear shock area. . . any ideas?

you could try to lubricate the sunroof track, and check the wind diffuser
I would also clean the track b/c all the pollen/dust within 3 miles radius will seek out your sunroof and stick to the greased track.
Regarding suspension, I really could not help out alot. But I would check the busing, and the rubber "seat" which the shock sits in.
