Default Well, JL makes some top-notch equipment. However,

I don't know that the stealthbox for the A4 is worth it, as it removes the rear speakers for dual subs, and they are not the really nice ones that JL makes.

I'd recommend just getting a box that you can remove if you need the space, and go with a higher quality JL sub.

would you recommend getting a box off eBay? The thing is the dimensions. My car got rear ended and its still in the shop and I dont know the dimensions. Are all the sub boxes pretty much standard?

Isn't 'SilverS4inPA' selling one? post something over on the S4 forum for him or email him.

Default I installed 3 JL 10w3's in my trunk with decent room left...

I can fully open the lid for my spare tire well and remove the tire with the box still in. I can also remove the box in less than a minute easily. I think for the same money you could get better quality subs and still keep the rear speakers while still not taking up too much space.

I personally have a 12" sub with standard sized box. And jah has 3 10", apparently (above).

Default its a good alternative...sounds pretty nice :)

<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/5980/dcp_0632.jpg"></center><p>doesnt go deep like a 12" but hits pretty nicely and tightly.

if you have a 99.5+ A4/S4 you will need trim part of the trunk lining though.
