... I came in wearing t-shirt and jeans (artist mentality) and was recovering from a terrible hangover. I brought my portfolio in and they hadn't notice the discoloration on my face (pale) or the smell of Jonny Walker all over. They were too busy staring drooling at my artwork to notice I was there at all. Those were the dot.com days.
