S3's have 2.0TFSI... People in Europe have more options... I guess...

euro only..... 2.0T FSI should remain in the B8

Default Taxes in some countries overseas are ridiculously high for bigger engines....

>2.0 I think it's a move to get around that. I wonder if the 1.8TFSI will ever make it to the US.

I'd probably would not want it, but it'd be nice to have the choice.

Default 2nd. the added displacement goes a LONG way with in addition to the

head design that was used for the engine which flows insanely well ( I will see if I can get some baseline numbers from our tech who put it on his flow bench).

Default US consumers would gravitate to certain options. A 1.8 vs 2.0 would not be significant enough

to support Audi's logistics cost for both models.
