Default 2004 A4 1.8 - Multiple codes being thrown after head gasket rebuild

I got this car back in 2020 with 130k miles, it has been sitting since may of 2021. In july of 2022, i rebuilt the head, put in a new intercooler, radiator, hoses and coolant reservoir. i tried to do a test start and it would try to turn over but wouldn’t and i gave up for a while. the last time i tried to start it it said it was in “safe mode” and threw 55 codes related to central comfort system, ecm, tcm, brakes, a/c & heating, dash board, steering column electronics, air bags and central electrics. i’m not sure why after doing engine work the ecm/ecu decides to **** itself. the closest audi dealership from me is 8 hours away and i live in a very rural area.

All the codes are probably from dead or low voltage battery, I would clear them and see what comes back. SAFE usually means the car was attempted to start with out a valid key, also could be battery issues.
