3rd party extended warranty?
Is it worth it. There are 3 year 36,000 mile warrantees out there but I drive 25,000 miles a year. Also I heard mixed review about extended warrantees. Some say they are rippoffs some say they are lifesavers. With the expensive tranny and misc pieces on the A4 should I get one?

some good, some bad....just need to read the exclusions very carefully...
I have one for my wifes car and so far it's been a life saver. We bought the car used from Lexus and it is a Lexus warranty even though it's a Benz.

If you're still under your original warranty, I think Audi has a program now...
Supposedly, the coverage is similar to the Certified Pre-Owned program. You might want to check it out...
