They are more on the heavy side but for the money are nice wheels. SPP has Group Buys on them.

www.wheelmax.com usually has incredible prices on those.

ADR wheels are among the least expensive wheels around.

You're asking too much. Lightweight and inexpensive do not generally go hand-in-hand.
