shouldn't cost more than 100 for install. amp kits normally cost around 50-60
you can DIY, just search the forums for amp install or something along those lines.
i was going to do it myself, but i didn't want to electrocute myself with the power and mess up my car, so i had someone else do it.

this may sound like a joke but I'm not kidding.....check out tweeter if you have one near you.
I went in to the one here and I realized that the guy there does really good work. He's set up a bunch of fiberglass show systems and the craftsmanship looks top notch. I don't know if this is the case for all tweeters but I know that they guarantee their work.

Agreed. Both Tweeters by me are top notch...
I had the system in by B5 installed at the Tweeter in Newington. Chris Pound was the installer and he is a complete fanatic and perfectionist. They type of person you want working on your car.
I've also heard good things about the one in North Haven, although I've never been there.

If your gonna do an install yourself, just by the wire by the length
Measure from the battery to whereever u will mount the amp and buy that amount plus a little extra red power wire (probably 8 gauge for that amp) by a short piece of black ground wire (same gauge, long enough to go from amp to a clean metal surface), blue (usually) remote wire to run from headunit to amp, some rca cables, speaker cable and by a kit of various audio cable connectors etc...this has usually been cheaper for me than buying a kit when i was really into doing installs, plus kits inevitably have to many unnecessary things or too little necessary things
